How much does it cost to book Evergreen Creek?
Our venue pricing depends on the day of the week, with flexible options for weekday and weekend celebrations. Monday–Thursday weddings start at $3,500, Fridays at $5,000, and Saturday–Sunday weddings begin at $6,500. We also offer a range of thoughtful add-ons to personalize your experience — including a photo booth, overnight cabin accommodations for the couple and close guests, and full-day coordination with our in-house planner, Yoli. Are the tipis climate-controlled?
Yes — all three of our Nordic tipis are fully air-conditioned and heated, making Evergreen Creek a year-round venue. Whether you're planning a cozy winter wedding or a celebration in the Texas summer, your guests will stay comfortable.
How many guests can Evergreen Creek accommodate?
Our venue can comfortably seat up to 144 guests inside the tipis for a reception, with additional space outdoors for ceremonies, cocktail hour, or overflow seating. It's the perfect size for intimate weddings with a big heart.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Absolutely. We have no restrictions on outside vendors — you're welcome to bring your own florist, caterer, planner, or photographer. That said, many couples choose to work with Yoli, our in-house wedding coordinator, who knows the venue inside and out. If you're looking for a more hands-off planning experience, we offer a coordination package that includes Yoli’s full support before and during your event. We also have a list of trusted local vendors we’re happy to recommend.
Do you allow alcohol?
Yes, alcohol is allowed with a TABC-certified bartender on-site. We do not provide alcohol ourselves, but we can assist in coordinating licensed vendors for you.
Do we need wedding insurance?
Yes, we require all couples to carry wedding day insurance with liability coverage. It’s a simple, affordable way to protect you, your guests, and the venue in case of unexpected events. We recommend checking out providers like WedSafe or WedSure, both of which offer quick online quotes and easy coverage tailored to weddings. If you have questions about what to include, we're happy to help guide you.
What happens if it rains?
Rain won’t ruin your day — our tipis are fully waterproof, and we have flexible ceremony locations, a beautiful outdoor Cermony with large cedar arches overlooking the river, and the covered tipi interiors. For light showers, many couples choose to keep their outdoor ceremony with umbrellas on hand.
