When you send a venue inquiry, Evergreen Creek saves your name, contact details, wedding preferences, and message in our customer system so we can respond and help plan your visit.

How you found us

An inquiry can include limited campaign information, such as the referring website, a campaign name, and the public venue page you visited. This helps us understand which advertising brings inquiries. We do not include your name, email, phone number, wedding date, or message in the measurement events this website sends to Google.

Optional Google measurement

When website measurement is enabled, you can allow or decline Google measurement using the privacy choices on our public pages. Google measurement loads only after you allow it. It can use cookies and advertising click identifiers to associate a visit with an inquiry. Our integration keeps ad personalization off.

Your choice is saved in this browser. If you allow measurement, campaign information and inquiry event identifiers are also kept for the browser tab's session. Without permission, campaign context stays in page memory until you submit an inquiry or leave; advertising click identifiers are excluded from the saved inquiry. Browser settings and ad blockers may limit measurement.

You can change your choice using the Privacy choices button when measurement is enabled. Declining stops future measurement from this integration; it does not undo information already sent. Google explains its processing in its privacy policy.
